Sometimes there are wines where some sediment is observed. This should not be confused with a defect, but is likely to be even a wine under the producer did not want to "clean up" excess wine to prevent this way could lose many of their qualities.

On more than one occasion we have had to return wines that had refermentado in the bottle. This can happen if the producer has stopped fermentation prematurely and has not stabilized or protected wine sufficiently. The result is a wine that seems to move in his mouth, and a very strange taste.
