SERVING WINE



Red wine between 16º and 18º C. If the ambient temperature is above ... we have to cool it in an ice bucket with ice and water.
White wine between 12º and 16º C. Store in the refrigerator and remove a bit before eating (then heated fast).
Sparkling, about 8º C. Fresh from the fridge and kept in ice bucket with ice.
Generous or sweet wines are served even colder. A 5º or 7º if they are dry, and 4º or 5º if you are sweet.
