SOME TIPS FOR DRINKING WINE
The Reserve Are they always the best?
Many people think that an unequivocal Reserve is synonymous with good wine. Crianza, Reserva or Gran Reserva, refers to the time of oak aging wines, never the final quality of the same. The Crianzas usually provide more fruit and a powerful mouth. The reservations are more likely to change the tertiary aromas (leather, tobacco, smoked) and mouth tend to be longer and with polished tannins. It's a matter of taste.
