Finally I suggest you sample a wine from the O.D. Priorat, I'm talking about .....

CAMINS DEL PRIORAT
Producer:
Alvaro Palacios
Comments:
Álvaro Palacios will never fail to surprise us. We may not always appreciate his style, nor totally share his concept of creating wine, but what we can’t possibly deny is that Álvaro is a pure genius who has known how to adapt to modern times without causing his wines to lose one single jot of class. What we’re considering here is the need to offer wines which are more affordable, plus more accessible in their style, wines that allow us to get to know the true essence of the Priorat, with its minerality and fruity character, without reaching the complexity of the great classic wines.
Tasting Notes:
Camins del Priorat is presented as their entry-level wine, yet it still has its own character: a wine for those who can appreciate something that is tastefully beautiful and pleasantly fragrant. Purplish in colour, among its aromas there are clear hints of the skin of ripe fruit, juicy fruit like… watermelon! Flowers are constantly present too, with touches that remind us of a close relative, Pétalos del Bierzo…, or of beer like Franziskaner, due to that mix of flowers and banana (try it, coming up slowly to the glass and taking a deep breath). On the palate, there’s a refined onslaught of blackberries and blackcurrants; this is a wine with a full-bodied feel and a velvety texture.
Temperature service:
De 14 a 15 ºC
