Tempranillo
It is the most widespread and typical of our country varietal. It is so called because the grapes are harvested earlier than other varieties (earlier). It is a grape with very fruity and aromatic notes, aging quite well in barrels. In Ribera del Duero and Toro it is called 'Tinta del País' and 'Tinta de Toro' respectively, noting that in their regions tempranillo acquires the differential characteristic, although in reality it is the same varietal. Castilla La Mancha, it can also be found under the name of 'Cencibel'.
