The wines have been aged for four months in 300-litre French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes:
Color: ruby red mostly intense, nice entry with sweet tannins in the mouth, with aromas of red fruits nicely integrated and a spice end
Pairing:
Traditional Spanish food such us cold meat, jabugo ham, hot-pot, Galician octopus, lamb with potatoes cooked in the oven, peas with black sausage.

Entre 16ºC y 17ºC
